OMG SO COOL
Spanish in Equatorial Guinea
What I want to know is if her native language is Spanish (I doubt it, as the accent sounds heavily influenced by native African languages) and if anyone in E. Guinea speaks Spanish as a native tongue, or of it is just a second language.
Short version of this story:
Spanish is the official language, along with French, Portuguese and regional languages such as Fang, Bubi, Ndowe, etc. They were colonized by the Spanish, the Portuguese, and the UK. However, Spain had the most established and longest control over their lands.
